• Day 4 Rey was holed up in one of the abandoned houses from Day 3 night, so she will likely just be warming up being confused about Feelings (tm) probably
• Day 5 Check out the library? Realize Rey cannot in fact read?? Also maybe looking at her electrical board in the garage since the power is flickering.

Let's do some PLOTTING.

🦑 DAY 4. John will be out and about to tag into people's top levels! He will be exploring as far as he can get. Once the temperature drops, he'll be dipping into the house that he will bow be staying in. He will be running into Zed Martin as well.

🦑 DAY 5. John will be staying in said house and whatever few people manage to find their ways in will be offered one of the rooms and a shower. He might venture back out to the library if people want him to tag their top levels. Otherwise, home adventures! Namely trying (TRYING) to put up magical protections.

🦑 DAY 6. John and whoever is in his house are all holed up from the dark! He might need them to stop him from doing something stupid... like venturing into the dark hearing voices he can't understand...

You know, we gotta wrap up the sadcomfort talk first BUT

I'd *love* to get Claire's hunter expertise in and help him ward the house. She knows about salt lines and devil's traps and even some Enochian Warding. While she'll be staying at the Boarding Home, she'd happily help shore up defenses at his place, too.

Ellie | The Last Of Us

Ellie might check out the library on Day 4, but she's not terribly interested in what's in the books unless someone points out something interesting.

Ellie will definitely use the fireplace in her house on night 5. She's open to having company but she's, you know, understandably gun shy.

On Day 6, Ellie will venture out beyond the safe limits, where exhaustion will overtake her. She doesn't need saving but she could use some assistance getting out. She'll remember this and will definitely be willing to return the favour later (within reason).

I don't really have an exact or detailed day by day breakdown but I just have formative thoughts of things Doc would like to do.

- He will be visiting the library on day 4 or day 5. Would love to thread this out with someone or multiple someones.

- He will still attempt to spend his nights alone outside, but long story short he was trapped at the bottom of a well for 130 years and he's scared shitless in this cold and silent darkness so I would like to thread out someone maybe finding him and inviting him over to stay the night with them (in a non-sexual way), or simply just offering to share a room.

- Sub point from the above but if someone would like to find him and rescue him wandering around in the dark following voices around, would love to thread that too.

- He would like to check on the injury prone children 🙄 John and Daisy so far (maybe after our current threads are wrapped or close to wrapping) and of course meet new people. I think we were planning on something for Doc and Raylan but would like to meet more other folks I haven't written with yet.

hi!! i've been thoroughly enjoying their cr, and wanted to see if you'd like another thread for this log as we tie up our other one??

i think five will easily like to find doc again, as he's offered him help in finding date clues already (i owe you a tag for that, getting to them today!!) coupled with a more inherent need to keep proving to himself he isn't alone in this shitshow. they have this concern in common, it sounds like!

i was planning for five to venture following the whispers, too. they can either run into each other then - five can jump them away from the worst of it, etc - or they can run into each other at the library for more puzzle work! what do you think?

some plans for max include moving into the boarding house, finding and assisting ellie on day 6, checking out the library, and possibly being compelled by the voices? we will see. i'm hoping to get a top level up for her this time around so she can meet more people!

◄ Day 4 Raylan is going to walk as far as he can into the cold and then come back and explore one of the houses before returning to his own.
◄ Day 5 WOOD HUNTING - He likes the fireplaces and since fuel is assumed needed, he's going to... well, rob some of the unoccupied houses if they have outside wood piles, who wants to help.
◄ Day 6 - Unable to deal with the darkness (and assuming that he has no company in his house), Raylan will take his little crank flashlight and candled pocket and end up in the library, where he can talk back at the whispers and pace a hole into the floor.

How many planned out threads is really gonna determine if I put up an open kind of OTA, so that's still fluid. I'm flexible! You can hit me up here or find me on plurk hellacopacetic!

Day 4: Claire's gonna abandon a house that feels too big and empty to her in favour of moving into the boarding house, where the presence of a locked attic door is going to immediately catch her attention. Edit: All her attempts fail, but they do get the door and her somewhat banged up. Other characters are still welcome to come join her in trying to get into the attic.

Day 5: Claire will check out the library to see if she can find info on the town. She's gunning to find a map of Mathias, any local information, newspaper archives, etc. Edit: This fails, leading Claire to believe there might a hall of records. She can still be encountered at the library though.

Day 6: If someone else follows the whispers, Claire might try to stop them, or if unsuccessful, follow them to try and protect them.

they can run into each other at any point honestly! five will also be going to the boarding house, similarly because the other house is too big and feels to alone. he could find her fumbling with the attic door, try to yeet himself inside it (clarifying on how much of a failure that will be) and go from there!

or they can investigate the library together to puzzle through the archives - or lack thereof.

lastly, five will definitely be following the whispers, if you wanted them to team up then!!

▶ DAY/NIGHT 4-6: Jill will be out and about, regardless of sights or sounds.
▶ LIBRARY: Thinking day 5-6 she'll likely be skimming titles and see if names of people who have taken them out are in the front.
▶ DECIDE ON HOUSING: She's been dropping wherever she gets tired. So, I'd like to decide on somewhere specific; if someone might wanna hook her up as a bro and to sleep in schedules, she's the one to get to know.
▶ THE GREY GULL: She'll have left a note somewhere visible suggesting that everyone meet up there daily just to keep tabs on each other and share information with "around noon?" as the time.

▶ OVERALL: Prone to be out and about, exploring. I don't really like doing open logs, so lmk if you want me to do a starter or if you want me to reply to your TL with one! I'll likely have a basic open starter that can lead anywhere, still.
▶ SIDENOTE: Jill currently looks like this. Although it's obviously not integral to survival she's looking for a way to dye her hair back to brown ASAP; the blonde is jarring and makes her feel out of place in her own body.

number five - the umbrella academy

☄ day 4 moving into the boarding house; he will be inclined to explore the rest of the revealed houses, though not with the same batshit fervor as the first row, days before. he will also be attempting to get into the attic, get stopped mid jump, and be extremely crabby/exhausted after that.

☄day 5 the no moon or stars bit he will find extremely unnerving. will be exploring the library, similarly to the rest. he will also be trying to turn back time on specific objects. i'm confirming the outcome of that but it will likely end badly. shocking, i know. when did temporal rifts ever end poorly.

☄day 6 definitely following the voices because his mind tricks him into hearing them as his family, until he's realizing what a shit idea that is, given that it's not yielding anything good and will turn back and try and help get someone else back at the same time. he'll be relying heavily on his powers here, so i'm enjoying the idea of pushing him a bit over his more restricted limits.

these are loose plans, and very open, honestly!, so i will be throwing up open top levels! i know he will be a grumpy old man doing more investigating, following the whispers until Common Sense (tm) kicks in, and then likely wanting to help anyone who is in immediate trouble.

DAY 4; arrival day! zed will be arriving and she'll be found by john constantine. she's going to be pretty out of it because of her powers not really working and just general confusion and wtf is going on?!
DAY 5; i'm totally open on this day. depending on how things go with john she may or may not be venturing out? she's going to want to know as much as possible so if she goes anywhere it will probably be the library.
DAY 6; again pretty much open tbh. she's still going to be getting used to this place and not having her psychic senses fighting her for control (which will be a nice break but she's probably not gonna tell anyone that yet?). she may have to stop john from doing something stupid, but what else is new?!



i'm seriously open to pretty much anything right now. zed's gonna be really confused and out of it and will need some time to get her bearings - not just from being in mathias but not having her powers (more about them here).
