CHARACTER INFORMATION

NAME: alex millar
CANON: being human - uk version
INFO/PERMISSIONS: permissions post which i swear i'll update tonight. but you should probably check it out because alex has some minor game breaking powers so to speak as a former ghost.

alex is scottish, formally a ghost. she is very straight-forward, a bit of a tomboy, has a dirty mouth and makes pop culture references quite a bit as well as gives people nicknames. having been dead for a few months, now that she's back to being mostly human, she'll be looking for any kind of sensation, for tastes and smells, touch, eating and indulging in all the things she couldn't when she was dead. and most importantly, alex always sees the good in people, even if/when no one else can.

as a ghost in this game, alex:
— is able to teleport over short distances and bring back objects; will experience a level of exhaustion afterward (note that she will not be able to bring back objects from certain locations at certain times, so check in with the mod if you have questions)
— has telekinesis limited to smaller objects with exhaustion factor; can occasionally have a larger episode with mod approval.
— intangibility with exhaustion factor (also will not be able to use in certain locations or certain areas within locations)
— no invincibility; will need to eat, sleep, drink, but can be at a lower rate than normal humans need; can be harmed and killed
— no invisibility, but can play with 'fading away' during extremely emotional periods
— the ability to read auras ability sporadically (and only with player approval). for example she can see visually-invisible human ailments such as tumors/cancers. sense supernatural creatures.

DESIRED CR: she's brand new to the game. i'd love to find her any cr to be real. friends, enemies, young folks for her to look after, someone to look after her. brother types. someone to snog. whatever, i'm here for it.
UNDESIRED CR: none so far.
STORY SO FAR: she's brand new so i'm still sorting out what's been going on and getting her in the plot.
FUTURE PLANS: still getting a feel for the game so i'm here for anything! come at me y'all! she needs a job/a place to stay/clothes.
WISH LIST ITEMS: oh man, just any cr at this point. i'd love for her to have a brother-like connection with someone and someone to fret over her. and i'd love for her to be able to play with her semi-ghost abilities. but also for people to just notice that she's ridiculous and eating way too much food all the time.

LOCAL HAUNTS: none so far!

I need her and Klaus to be buddies, for sure. Powers working off of each other, even. We discussed his end of things already, but I'm 100% here to sign up for her being able to aura-sense he's like. Different™ or whatever.

I can't decide if she & Melanie would get along, or clash, but I'm here for it either way!

Doc is keen to meet her! He is Cowboy Dad #2, usually introduces himself as Henry, and would make her food and make sure she is clothed for the weather and everything :3 Although he would probably make for a poor conversation partner since he doesn't understand 95% of pop culture references.

Also I don't know if she would notice his... condition? He was cursed by a witch and is like 166 or 167. But she is welcome to and ask more about it.

but yes! she could sense a curse i think but it's entirely up to you. she may not know specifically so much as she'll say something's going on there.

Great! It's always a treat when he meets someone who's never heard of him; he doesn't feel like he needs to act a certain way. (He will still be a gentleman of course. Just maybe less fearless pew pew)

She is free to pick up on something off about him, apart from the whole out of time, out of place thing, and they can go from there for sure.
