She's going to be SO TORN over how to feel about this. The guy clearly has a shit ton that he's dealing with... but also he stabbed her boyfriend. :| Tbh, catch her in the right (wrong) moment and there could be some yelling and telling him off.

He might be relieved that someone is having an appropriate reaction to it.

After she's done yelling and has stopped freaking out about it in general, she might offer to help him find some additional coping mechanisms. She takes issues of control and emotional stability very seriously since her losing her grip on either could destroy the whole town, and she expects others to take such things just as seriously too. He might not be able to be his usual self without medication but she would expect someone in his position to try everything he could to keep others safe from his own self.
