I love where they're going with their little talks. Doc is a little more opaque than Raylan and Malcolm so he is less likely to ask so deeply personal stuff about Neal's past etc. They still need to play poker sometime though and Doc will regale Neal with stories of the past if Neal will share some of his adventures. Also please don't make him bury Neal :(

SAME. Doc is very much shifting himself into the position of Village Peter, and Neal will so tell him stories if Doc does the same. Neal loves bragging okay he just can't do it with half of anyone he knows because they would arrest him.

Doc would be so fascinated with all this white collar stuff and give mixed messages like disapproving dad but also quietly encouraging bad behaviour 👍
