1) Some small amount of fussing WILL happen. Look at the state of you. He waited up most of the night for you and you come back looking like you were dragged under a door.

Maybe when they are at the Asylum they can go into two different rooms, like Malcolm gets distracted by restraints and then Raylan finds an office with drugs or something like that.

He will at least see tiny Malcolm’s rich baby PJ’s, a not yet dead woman that haunts his nightmares to this day and - just for a moment - the Surgeon as he swoops in to chloroform his own child.
