Sherlock arrives! He'll make a brief stop at the graveyard to investigate the wood the markers are made out of to more or less identify what part of the world he's in, then he'll turn his immediate attention on the school house because it's right there. He'll spend some time going through all the rooms and looking at the things left behind. He'll notice that while there are science papers that had evidence of being used in a lab setting, there is no noticeable science room or lab on site.

At some point during the day, he'll take up residence at a home on Jackson Boulevard. He'll promptly also turn those rooms upside down, too.

He'll likely explore the town before the weather gets too wild. Feel free to run into him at any location, but he'll definitely drop in at the town hall so he can start getting the deets from everyone.

Nothing in mind. It's likely that, given the conditions, he'll just stay in his claimed home and do Sherlock things. I'm open to him having reasons to leave / having people who are stuck outside come to his door / etc.

He doesn't care about the lantern.

God I want these two to aggravate the hell out of each other. Neal is a suave smartass who's used to being one of the smartest people in the room, and he places a high premium on manners 80% of the time, particularly if someone annoys him.
