A MEETING OF MINDS
It's time for a town meeting. Bring your scribbled notes, sneak in some snacks, and make the most of this opportunity to talk about all the weird shit in this town.

Please note that there will be 2 sections to the meeting:

— the TOWN MEETING section where residents stand up, share their information, and then pass the proverbial microphone to the next person.

— the POST MEETING MINGLE section where residents can ask questions of each other or engage in conversation about what they've learned.

So after four days Carter is realizing that he's not going home and probably not anytime soon. He settling into some kind of "back to work" mindset and just tries to roll with it like he would at the hospital. He's helping out Helen with her plan of setting up a clinic in her garage and he'll probably try to meet as many people as possible and see what he can do to make himself useful.

Day 28
Getting settled, meeting people around town (/points at eyes, points at you), maybe some exploration??

Day 29
Carter will be at the town meeting and mostly listen in trying to understand what the hell is going on. He probably won't mention that's been having dreams of the shadow figures from the mirrors because he thinks they're just from the stress. But he might mention them at the mingle maybe!

Other than that, NO PLANS WHATSOEVER which means I'm gonna go now and yeet him and everybody else's plot posts. o7

I definitely want a follow-up appointment run-in between a more 'with-it' Dean and Carter! He will be, yes, drinking on the sly, but he will be much more agreeable.

Maybe they can meet at the mingle? He'd definitely come pester him if he saw him there /o/

Maybe somewhere on Jackson Boulevard? That's where he'll end up having his housing so maybe they can meet there while he's... well. Feeling very self-conscious about house shopping other people's homes??

Perfect! Daisy's been scavenging for things for the boarding house and her own needs, so she could totally run into him there.

Carter already knows Dean and helped him through some withdrawal a few days ago when they were trapped in a house together. Which now totally makes him his patient so he's probably gonna pester him a lot in the future too.
