A-HUNTING THEY WILL GO
The residents of Mathias are being hunted. A horrible fate, to be certain, but surely by now they understand that death is only temporary. Probably.

Please note that players are requested to note the details of their character's participation below:

— the HUNTED characters should record whether they will seek shelter or be sacrificed. If they are killed in the hunt, their body's location should be noted as well as what is ultimately done with it by other characters.

— the WITNESS characters should record whether they will shelter the hunted or merely bear witness to their plight. If they shelter the hunted, where are they located? If they find a body, which body, where, and what are they ultimately doing with it and when?

The locations of deaths and any corpse burials will be recorded and presented with the next log, which will cover Day 36 only. (There will be prompts included for both the "living" and the "dead" in this single day log.) Please submit all information by Wednesday, Feb 17.

Days 030-034 - No concrete plans other than hanging out at the Grey Gull, exploring, and trying to hoard and find as much food as possible. I might mostly tag out for these days or do a top level for Eliot to try and have a food gathering party or see how much supplies they have left. This is the worst now he can't cook he hates this place Being former military he probably will be the most Drill Sergeant about this and try to take lead on this if a group forms. Probably potential for lovely conflict or negative CR here if anyone wants it, or positive CR with popular Team Building Activities such as Trying Not To Go Hungry, Is Dry Pasta Edible, Saltines For Everyone, and the classic Does This Chocolate Bar Taste Weird To You!

Days 035 - 10000 Fire Elmos here

Eliot will be trapped outside and he's a Helper which means he's going to be doing his best to try to save everyone around him, at the cost of his own life. He's going to definitely be killed because he won't leave anyone behind, and he'll try to fight the unseen beasts. Eliot is extremely pragmatic though, and once he realizes that you can't actually fight them he will be mostly concerned with getting folks to a safe place. He'll probably be killed being the last one in a group, or trying to get someone in a house. I'd like to play out some classic horror stuff like being trapped in a house with some unseen monster and trying to get out, plus trying to reach a safe haven but not...quite...making it. Eliot's death will probably be brutal as he'll fight to the very end.

former military you say??? max might be prickly about this but he won't remind her of anyone from manticore and he'll definitely have points when it comes to rationing food so she'll want to help out in that department.

Also in Leverage, they shut down an evil computer program/surveillance program called Manticore, so if it ever gets mentioned he'll be all !!!!!!!

Days 30-32, Dean will be fixing up the Grey Gull, sanitizing and cleaning. He was supposed to meet Raylan the morning of the 30th, but he will be otherwise engaged, but Dean will be there nonetheless. He likes himself a project. As he realizes the food isn't replenishing, he'll definitely be in rationing/pasta/dry goods mode.

I am so here for Dean CR! There was one recent episode where Eliot's actor was in supernatural the only episode I've seen I'm sorry to say so I'm always excited to have him meet a Dean just for the meta lulz

I have a couple of food rationing top levels up already if anything strikes your fancy! He'll be in and out of the Grey Gull too trying to figure this thing out!

I do have to warn you, Dean will probably react negatively that first time they meet, but the minute he understands Eliot is different and not --- the guy whose name I should learn again, he should be ... less heated.

I know I am way late, but I have no plans what so ever- do you want to do a thing between day 30 and day 34? Or do you maybe need a Witness for when Eliot dies?

I would love to! I have a witness for Eliot's death RIP but anything from 030-34 would be awesome. I have some top levels here for Eliot cooking and scavenging, and 34 is listening to the awful sounds from outside, if any of those strike your fancy!
