Ellie told him she wanted to be an astronaut so once she explains that it's A Space Thing he's combining her 'birthday cakes are special' with her 'space thing' and making a constellation cake. And then they can like. Gift her new unbloodied clothes and do other nice things for her IDK I'm bad at this lol
